From first search to first visit

CaregiverCrew is a marketplace: you find and choose an independent caregiver, and the platform handles messages, scheduling, payment and reviews.

Five steps, at your own pace

There is no sales call and no contract with us. You stay in control of who you talk to and when.

01

Search the directory

Enter a city or ZIP code and the kind of help you need. Narrow results by hourly rate, languages, experience, availability and ID verification. You can browse without an account.

02

Read profiles carefully

Each profile shows the caregiver's rate, services, weekly availability, training they list, and reviews from completed bookings. Our team reviews every profile before it is published.

03

Send a free care request

Create a family account and describe who needs care, what help is needed and when. The caregiver replies from their dashboard and you get an email. Ask anything: experience, approach, references.

04

Meet, then book

Arrange a call or a meeting. When you are comfortable, choose a date and the hours you need on the caregiver's calendar and pay through the platform.

05

Review after the visit

When a booking is completed, you can rate the caregiver and leave a short review. Only families with a completed, paid booking can review, which keeps ratings honest.

Good to know

  • Searching, saving caregivers and sending care requests are free.
